If you are requesting service within 1 hour of a service window, we cannot guarantee service in that time frame but will work with you on scheduling service for the next available service window or a time that is convenient for you;
We only book service appointments with the owner of the home or property requiring service. We can communicate with tenants of a property once service has been scheduled but the booking, service, and payment agreements will be between Len The Plumber and the owner of the property. If you rent or lease a property that requires plumbing service, please communicate this with your landlord and have them reach out to our team for service.
Prior to confirming your appointment as an effort to consider the health of our technicians and future customers, we will ask a series of questions regarding any exposure to COVID-19, symptoms, and any recent travel outside of the country.
All jobs are subject to a $49 trip fee that is waived if service is performed on that day. This fee covers the cost of travel to your location.
