Restrictions apply. Not all units qualify. For customers whose HVAC projects contain eligible measures and who have active PSE&G electric or gas accounts. On-Bill Repayment (OBR) up to $15,000 will be repaid over a period of eighty-four (84) months. If customer is Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) eligible, and the OBR amount exceeds $10,001, customer has the option to pay over a period of eighty-four (84) or one hundred twenty (120) months. Customer’s LMI eligibility form must be determined by PSE&G. Call for more details.
