Our tankless water heater decided to quit, and Len the Plumber sent Toby. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He knew what he needed to do, he had the parts he needed in the truck and he went right to work. When he was done the heater was fixed, the area was cleaned up and he tested every part of our hot water system before he left. Toby was terrific.
