We only book service appointments with the owner of the home or property requiring service. We can communicate with tenants of a property once service has been scheduled, but the booking, service, and payment agreements will be between Len The Plumber Heating & Air and the owner of the property. If you rent or lease a property that requires service, please communicate this with your landlord and have them reach out to our team for service.
Most jobs are subject to a $49 trip fee that is waived upon agreement to service.
Someone over the age of 18 must be present at the property for the technician. You will receive a call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm you are home. You must answer that call, or we may not be able to send the technician to you.
Payment is required at the time of service. Len the Plumber Heating & Air accepts all major credit cards and checks as forms of payment. Cash is not accepted in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Virginia. Cash is accepted but not preferred in New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
