Homeowners depend on their heating, cooling, and plumbing every day. At Len The Plumber Heating & Air, our Whole Home Service Plan allows members to get the routine professional maintenance they need for their HVAC and plumbing systems when they need it most.

When you enroll in our Whole Home Service Plan, the best technicians in the business will visit your home up to three times a year to find, diagnose, and repair HVAC and plumbing issues before they affect your comfort and become costly repairs.

We designed our Whole Home Service Plan to keep your life moving by helping to keep your HVAC and plumbing systems running optimally so you can enjoy lower utility bills, fewer repair needs, and longer-lasting systems!

Heating & Air Conditioning Maintenance

With our Whole Home Service Plan, you’ll receive two comprehensive HVAC maintenance appointments every year for one heating and cooling system so they’re ready to keep you comfortable all year round. Download the brochure.

At each appointment, we complete maintenance tasks recommended by your system’s manufacturer, as well as:

  • Inspect air filters
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Clean outdoor coils
  • Clean burners and flame sensors
  • Inspect all motors and electrical connections
  • Perform a carbon monoxide safety check
  • Perform a combustion analysis for efficiency and safety
  • Check gas line connections to ensure safe operation
  • Check indoor humidity
  • Check thermostat operation

You can add additional heating and cooling systems for just $5 each per month.

Plumbing Maintenance

Our Whole Home Service Plan places an emphasis on preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of an untimely breakdown. Routine plumbing maintenance is the best way to prevent leaks, water heater breakdowns, poor water quality, and more.

Our licensed and insured plumbers perform the following tasks at your Whole Home Service Plan appointment:

  • Dye test all toilets for water leaks
  • Check indoor faucets and outdoor sill cocks for leaks
  • Inspect exposed water supply lines for deterioration
  • Inspect all sink piping for corrosion or deterioration
  • Examine washing machine hoses to ensure you don’t have an old hose that can cause damage and reduce cleaning effectiveness
  • Check that your gas, electric, or tankless water heater is operating efficiently
  • Inspect your water heater’s drain valve
  • Run water pressure tests
  • Inspect, tag, and test main emergency shut-off valves
  • Inspect and test sump pump operation

Service Plan Terms & Conditions:
This agreement is a pre-paid maintenance agreement, not an insurance policy, extended warranty, or service contract. This agreement is between the seller and the purchaser and provides for certain inspections and maintenance services for the heating and cooling equipment and/or household plumbing as indicated herein.

The initial term of this agreement is one year from the date of enrollment. Coverage will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the enrollment date. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

This agreement shall remain in effect until either party furnishes written notice of termination. Neither party shall be liable to the other because of termination. Add $5 per month for each additional unit/HVAC zone. Service Plan fees are non-prorated if inspections are not taken advantage of.

All maintenance covered by this agreement shall be scheduled and performed during Len the Plumber’s normal working hours, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. Service Plan members receive the benefit of “never an overtime charge.” This entitles members to standard rate service 24 hours a day, seven days per week, during the term of this agreement.

Service Plan members receive a 15% discount on all repair services we provide for plumbing, heating, and cooling. Discount does not apply to specials, $99 drain cleanings, or installations. Service Plan Members receive “First in Line” highest priority scheduling.

Service Plan members will be scheduled before non-Service Plan customers for repair service. If more than one Service Plan member has requested service, the priority is on a first call first serve basis. Len The Plumber shall not be liable for any accident, injury, damage, or loss to equipment, personal property, or revenue. Len The Plumber shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Len The Plumber shall not be liable for repairs necessitated by fire, flood, or other acts of God: damage by negligence or misuse by others; faulty system design; malicious mischief or vandalism. Damages resulting from the failure of replacement parts or services performed under the plan are not the responsibility of Len The Plumber. In the event Len The Plumber cannot reach Customer after three reasonable attempts or is not permitted to perform the service after three attempts, then Customer agrees that Len The Plumber shall have fulfilled its obligations under this contract. Len The Plumber shall retains all funds associated with the service and is relieved of any further obligations to provide the services.

At any time, Len The Plumber may modify these Terms and Conditions, including annual plan coverage prices. Prior to the renewal date, Len The Plumber will notify you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, and such changes will automatically be in effect from the Renewal Date.

Heating/Cooling Tune-Up: Whole Home Service members will receive two biannual tune-ups during their yearly agreement. The type of tune-up will be determined by the time of year the tune-ups are performed but are typically one on the furnace and the other on the air conditioner. We will contact members to schedule tune-ups.

Plumbing and Inspections: Whole Home Service members receive one plumbing inspection each contract year. Inspections can be scheduled by members at their convenience at any time of the year.

Len The Plumber will automatically debit the total amount from my credit card each month. I understand the monthly fees will continue for a minimum of 12 months and will automatically renew at the end of the term. I may terminate this pay plan agreement any time after the 12-month period when written notice of termination is received or emailed to serviceplans@lentheplumber.com. The plan is non-transferable.
